purpose of job:
interface with other pctel’s facilities and oem’s to design and produce new products. offer design changes and enhancements to improve the performance of our current product line. work closely with production to insure the manufacturability of all designs.
major responsibilities and authority:
*design and co-develop new designs with oem’s for the wireless marketplace.
*work closely with mechanical engineering and production on current and new product
development.
*provide technical advice whenever it is needed.
*be responsible for developing pctel design department and establishment relevant
measurement capabilities staying within a specified budget.
*be responsible for making improvements and enhancements to improve materials, performance,
manufacturability, and measurement techniques.
*work together with production and quality departments to insure smooth production flow.
任职要求：
experience required:
*more than 1 years’ working experience as an rf engineer or antenna with an understanding of rf technology and material properties is essential.
knowledge’s skills and abilities:
*must sense the opportunities pctel has and be willing to utilize skills to promote company
prosperity.
*be able to organize workflow, solve problems by careful analysis, and maintain high standards.
*must be self-motivated, proactive, able to work on “team”, and have good written and verbal .

education:
microwave or electronic engineering b.s. degree.
